I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Towson University and my Master's in Applied Psychology from the University of Baltimore. My career started at Sheppard Pratt, working primarily with individuals with a wide range of mental health crises. I have outpatient therapy experience counseling individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, relationship strain, life transitions, and LGBTQIA+ related issues. I also work with couples who are motivated to improve their communication skills and increase meaningful connection.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy hiking, being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and playing guitar. I am also a dog parent, and love taking my pup on adventures!
